Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

The food is decent for an office cafe. My fries were a bit cold, but the taste was decent. The staff seem to be abundant and helpful. There are plenty of tables. There are lots of food options as well. I like that you can order online, but you'll need to approach the counter for online orders. They don't call them out like all the rest of the orders.

Disorganized fools running the place. Order ahead or you'll never get anything. Might not even be anybody around to take an order. And give it extra time, nothing is done on time. EDIT: Much improved recently. I am glad for it, although still don't go in expecting too much.
